Q: Which products on are eligible for charitable donations?

A: All products and services featured on the Marketplace page are eligible for donations.

Q: How do I select a charitable organization to support when shopping on

A: On your first visit to, you need to select a charitable organization to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. We will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at will result in a donation.
Q: Can I change my Organization?

A: Yes, you can change your organization any time. Your purchases after the change count towards your newly selected organization. To change your organization, sign in to on your desktop or mobile phone browser and simply select “Change your Organization” in the “My Account/My Organization” tab. You can also change your organization in the Checkout process (Step 3: “Select Your Organization”).

Q: What Organizations can I choose from?

A: You can choose from any qualified 501(c)(3) public charitable organizations.

Q: What if my selected organization does not register to participate in the program or becomes ineligible?

A: If an organization does not register to participate or becomes ineligible, you will have a chance to select a different organization and we will reallocate the donations accrued to other organizations receiving donations.

Q: How much of my purchase does donate?

A: will donate 5% of the purchase price from your e Marketplace purchases. The purchase price is the amount paid for the item minus any rebates and excluding shipping & handling, gift-wrapping fees, taxes, or service charges. From time to time, we may offer special, limited time promotions that increase the donation amount on one or more products or services or provide for additional donations to charitable organizations. Special terms and restrictions may apply. Please see the relevant promotion for complete details.

Q: Can I receive a tax deduction for amounts donated from my purchases on FundCreature?

A: Donations are made by and are not tax deductible by you.

Q: Is there a cost to join

A: No. There is no cost to setup a an account.

Q: Does have a mobile app?

A: Yes.  Our mobile app can be downloaded for free from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  

Q: How do I purchase a Promotion?

A: Click the “BUY” button on the Promotion you are interested in purchasing, follow the instructions to “Create an Account”, then proceed to checkout.

Q: Can a Promotion sell out?

A: Yes.  Certain Promotions only offer a limited number of Voucher Certificates.

Q: What is the Fine Print?

A: Every Promotion has unique terms and conditions for use and redemption.  These terms will be outlined both on the Merchant’s Promotion page as well as on the Voucher Certificate.  The terms and conditions for use and redemption are final.  

Q: Do Voucher Certificates have expiration dates?

A: Yes and No. Every Promotion Certificate will have a Promotional Value expiration date which will be prominently located in the “Fine Print” section of the Promotion as well as on the Voucher Certificate you will receive upon purchase of the Promotion.  The Promotional Value of your Certificate will only be valid during the declared Promotion period.  However, the cash Purchase Value of the Promotional Certificate will NEVER expire.

Q: Are Promotion Certificates worthless after the related Merchant Promotion ends?

A: No.  The merchant that sponsored the Promotion will still honor the cash Purchase Value you paid for the Promotional Certificate.  For example – if you paid $10 for $20 off a $100 purchase at your favorite Merchant and the extra $10 Promotional Value period has ended your Promotional Certificate can still be redeemed for a $10 credit at the sponsoring Merchant.

Q: When I purchase a Promotional Certificate how do I get it?

A:  You will receive an email with a link to the certificate once it is ready. You can also access your voucher certificates from your account dashboard after logging in.

Q: How do I find my Certificates?

A: To access all of your Certificates select the “My Orders” tab in the My Account section, accessed from the My Account link on the top of the site after logging in.

Q: Can I give Certificates as gifts?  How do I send a Certificate as a gift?

A: Yes. Click "GIVE AS A GIFT" from any offer page to purchase as a gift. You will have the option to email the certificate directly or print it yourself.

Q: What do I do if I lose my Voucher Certificate?

A: Just login to your account and view/print another copy.  Unless your Voucher has been redeemed all your Vouchers are stored in your Account for convenient reference.

Q: Do I have to redeem my entire Certificate at one time?

A: Yes. Partial redemptions or cash back purchases are not permitted.

Q: Can I combine a Voucher Certificate with other offers from the Merchant?

A: No – unless otherwise specified in the Promotional Offer.

Q: Is the website secure?

A: Yes. uses some of the most current security software available to store your personal information.  All credit card information is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault managed by an accredited third party provider. does not store any of your credit card information on our servers.

Q: What forms of payment does accept?

A: We accept all major credit and Debit cards (American Express, Mastercard & Visa).  We also offer PayPal as a payment option as well.

Q: When is my credit card charged for a Promotional Certificate I purchased?

A: Your credit card is billed immediately upon your completion of the checkout process.

Q: What is the return/refund policy?

A: All Promotional Certificates for Merchant Goods or Services are final and a credit is only available if the Merchant sponsoring the Promotional Certificate goes out of business.  If you have purchased a Merchandise Item from then the return/refund policy is specified in the Fine Print of the Promotional Offer.

Q: What happens to my Promotional Certificate if the sponsoring Merchant goes out of business?

A: will credit your Account for the original Purchase Value of the Certificate in question. 

Q: Will I receive emails from

A: Yes.  You will periodically receive emails alerting you to new local events or Promotions.  You may “opt out” from our Promotional email list by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Promotional email.  You may also receive transaction related emails pertaining to your personal Account activity – you cannot unsubscribe from this type of email.
